주문하고 페이나우 입금했는데, 입금확인이 안되서 cs에 전화했는데 연결이 안되서 큐앤에이에 문의글 올렸는데 댓글도 없으시고.

갑자기 주문 취소 메일을 받았어요.

근데 페이나우 입금한 금액은 반환되지도 않았구요.

지금 어떻게 된건지 문의하거나 확인할 방법이 없는건가요?
